I still remember a study I read which said that the stimulant benefits of coffee were a myth, and that the only thing caffeine actually does is prevent caffeine withdrawal, i.e. you only feel sluggish before your morning coffee because sluggishness is a symptom of withdrawal.
But now, apparently, it's a wonder drug. Guess I'll jump right on that bandwagon then!
